KK Trip--Part 6

After being greeted by the live aquarium, we were being told by our tour guide the next boat will be leaving in 45 minutes, and so the way to spend this 45 minutes, is nothing other than walking around the island!!

There's actually nothing much happening on the island, except for those that would like to do some snorkeling, or maybe " walking under the sea" which they charge RM250, including a cd showing how you were when you are under water talking to the fishes, some photos.....and i think that's about it. And so we thought RM250...mmmm.....cos we don't really like to go under the water you see....so we chose something else instead!! READ ON PLS!
The only thing we discovered when we were walking around the island, that is fascinating enough, is the design of the chalet, like these,

To me, this is what i called " CHALET", it's not that i want to talk bad about OUR chalet here in some of the resorts....actually, i couldn't even bothered to talk about it.....i guess i'll just dig up some files and see if i can find some pictures of the chalet here.....its kinda "different".....

You notice all the chalets are facing one direction?? Of course all of them are facing the beautiful SEA!

I supposed these are the restaurants or coffeehouse?! It certainly doesn't look like a cafe or beach club to me!!!

As we continued to walk, there's something that we would really like to prove to you guys....it's how clear the water is!!! So we did a little experiment, like this,

Except for the waves, it's actually CLEAR right????

Another beautiful sea view of the Manukan Island!

Now, this is what i mentioned earlier....you need to sit on these space ships to go under water & have fun with the fishes!!
The equipment looks very "Japanese" if you know what i mean....

This beautiful bridge lead us from the boat to the island......

Can you imagine having your wedding photos taken here?

And so we board the boat @ the end of the bridge to our next Island, SAPI ISLAND HERE WE COME! in a speed boat with SUPER SPEED which makes me look kinda wind faced! Urrggghhh....

And after about 5-7 minutes or so...we arrived in SAPI ISLAND!!

Beautiful? Si ?
Just like in Manukan Island, i was so excited to go find fishes!! This is what i found instead....

?????!!!!!!!
WHAT IS THIS MAN!!!
I can feel myself having goosebumps when i c how these fishes group together and staying very still!! If they were edible, just imagine how many you can catch with just having to let your fish nets down for once?

See what happens when i throw a piece of bread into the water?

This is kinda scary for me......

And i don't fancy these fishes!!!
And so we moved on to the Sapi Island for the activity that we've chosen.....what would it be???mmmmm.........it's.......
PARA-SAILING!!!!!

We were being lead by a coach to a normal speed boat where para-sailing were equip-ted....get ourselves into gear....like this....

The next thing we know.....we were already like this.....
PREPARING TO FLY!!!

UP WE GO!!!

UP SOMEMORE!

Nope.....not high enough......UP UP!!!

WE ARE LITERALLY FLYING!!!!

THE HIGHEST!

It was amazing sitting half way in the sky!!!! The view is however BREATHTAKING!

Hello there!! SMILE @ ME!!
The whole flying experience took about 15 minutes.....as you can see in the photos...we were being lead down slowly.....

Slowly & steadily.....
Eventually we were being let down onto our boat again!!
So that concluded our para-sailing experience!!! The experience was unbelievably AMAZING!

And so we get to rest on the boat for a few minutes before we go back to Sapi Island for our BBQ lunch!!!
Well not exactly.....when we arrived....our tour guide told us the bbq is not exactly ready yet....so he said he wants to show us some really really RARE animal....and i said " REALLY?" and followed him with great anticipation.....only to find out....we are actually visiting these.....
Four legged lizard ok? I mean who haven't seen those? Actually i've got one four legged lizard which comes to visit my house quiet often....so what's so special about them? Uhh?

I was actually planning to head back to where we were supposed to have our lunch to @ least have some rest, as the weather was bloody hot can? but the tour guide was so damn excited about the Lizard that he kept talking and talking...and even pointed out the bigger ones....so the only thing i can do is to take some pictures to show him that i'm as excited as him!!!!

Another " bigger ones"!!!!! Ok.....im definetely had enough....

So we headed back to our seat and have lunch.....it was a BBQ lunch, and the layout is pretty much like a buffet lunch.....meaning we get to take our own food right? Well...it's not exactly the case.....
This is how the layout looks like

There were about 3 guys standing behind the buffet counter...and what do they do?? They helped you to take the food.....in this manner....

Have you ever go to a buffet and being asked how many pieces would you like for your prawns, crabs, corns , sausages etc? I'm kinda pissed actually....but we ended up eating quiet a lot too!!! HAHAHA....

Sorry guys, as i forgot to take pictures of the food before we ate them!!! So only the leftovers!!!

After lunch, we took the 1:15pm back to the shore! That concludes our island experience!

More photos from Sutera Harbour resorts and hotels coming up!!!
