Food, food, more FOOD!

Saturday is like the golden day for the 5 days week working people. Unfortunately, one had to wake up as early as 7:30am to get in line to have her sick eye checked. It was early and it was miserable. And the doctor didn't make it any easier.

About 3 days ago, i started seeing some shadows in my left eye. Those shadows they follow wherever your eye is moving....How annoying is that?! and the net doctor said it was call -- Floaters. And it was actually caused by the eye jelly behind our retina. See! Jelly even exist in our eye!!! The more i read about this on the net, the more takut i became. So, in order to make my life a little easier, i decided to go to the money suckers.

AND!

@ 1st i thought, doctors will only use their eye machines to check my eye, use some bright lights to look into my eyes, ask you to move your eye left right up down. But, this time it was all a lot more different. He did the routine check, and then he started to put this horrific eye drops into my eye, to do what? To make my pupils open up!!!! And you know what happens when your pupils open up?? You cannot focus!!! And you take in like 10 times more light than your usual eye!! Man, i was terrified. And seriously....my eye has not gone back to it's usual self while i was typing all these sentences!! Do you think i'm kinda like a Heroin on that behalf?? Hahahaha....don't puke don't puke...i'm just kidding. So anyways, if you discover any spelling error or grammar error, please forgive me. I know those things not only exist in this entry. Muuuaahahaha. Anyway, just to let you guys know, doctor say i'm ok for the time being lah, so we'll see.

So here's my last 24hrs foodie goodie roundup.

1st up, we have THE MENU, located @ Jalan Keretapi road, next to Jade Pot
Please excuse for the poor quality of photos, as i didn't use a proper camera for the shots, all i used was 2.0 megapixel iphone...kekeke...

The Menu's menu

Nice & cozy interior

Me
I ordered Tandoori Chicken Rice. My rating? The rice has got no chicken rice taste and most of the meat were like more bones than meat, get what i mean? And no Tandoori taste, but @ an affordable price~~~ RM5!! Only!

This guy handsome?? Look like my bf? hehe

He had Cheese Chicken Chop, i can see a huge piece of cheese from Kraft sandwich cheese!! What the heck?

I had a bite, and thought the taste.....err.....a bit on the salty side, other than that, it's still edible!! So it's good!

Next,

Went to watch K-20!!!

Ok, to make it short, it's Zorro + Batman + Spiderman
Zorro is the outlook of Takeshi Kaneshiro
Batman is his suit
Spiderman is the love story between Takeshi and Takako Natsu
& It's more of a comedy than any action packed hero movie. It's non like that, so don't get fooled.

And i won't even be bothered to make a poll here.
1st, nobody bothers to vote,
2nd, i don't need a poll to know how shitty this movie is.

Next,
I had this for my breakfast this morning before my pupils were open;

Big Thumbs Up Chicken Rice!!

You can never have a chicken rice without chillies, i seriously don't know what the chilli padi on the left is for, cos normally for chicken rice you only need the blended ones. So i drop the chilli padi into the soup!

Hot Soup + Hot Chilli padi!! OMG!

Deliciously looking Chicken Rice!!!
Another view, just in-case you haven't got enough glance of it...hehehe
Here comes the Chicken!! The meat is so tender and juicy!Yum Yum! I'm satisfied!!!

Next,

Since i can't focus with my eyes after coming back from the doctors, meaning can't watch tv, can't write blog, i thought, ok, mayb i'll do something that i've been longing to do for a long long time.

Add ImageYes!!! Fry the Keropok!!! And it's no ordinary keropok, it's the famous MUKAH prawn Keropok!!
Yes, the one with the red lining!

1st i need to open the packet and line the keropoks on newspaper for it to go under the sun to " bengkang" for a whileThe reason for it to be under the Sun, so that when you deep fry, it will be big and crispyUnder the SunAfter being under the Sun for 2 hours, it's warm and dryLike this
Then, i prepared a big plate with some tissue for SUCKING the oil of the fried keropok
A big hot wok with oil for fying

"Kiap" a big piece of keropok and,
FRY IT!

Transforming.......i don't dare to throw in too many, cos for frying this, you need to be really quick to pick them up once they open fully, so i did it one by one, and after about 20 minutes of frying, i got this!!!

Yay!! I've succeeded!! I was anxious so took the 1st bite, it was a bit too crispy, like biting glass, but after leaving it in an air-tight container for about 2 hours, it taste just nice!!! Crispy and crunchy!!! Eat it with acar, OMG!! Just imagine!!

Ok that's all for now guys, i'm out for a bigger project in hand....hehehe.....enjoy your Saturday evening!!!
